This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which you may request a refund for your SendAPI subscription, a service provided by Lumen Labs Company Limited (registration number: 0318881279, Vietnam). Subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record.
This refund policy applies only to payments processed through Paddle (credit/debit card payments). Payments made via cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your subscription payment, provided you have not used paid features of the service beyond the limits of the free plan.

To request a refund, contact our support team via Telegram: @sendapi. Please provide your account email and the reason for the refund request. The refund will be processed through Paddle.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Funds will be returned by Paddle using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds for unused time are not provided.
