This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules for using the SendAPI service, provided by Lumen Labs Company Limited (registration number: 0318881279, Vietnam). We are committed to maintaining a safe and fair environment for all users and the platforms we integrate with.

2. Platform Compliance

SendAPI exclusively uses official platform APIs (YouTube Data API, Telegram Bot API, etc.) and operates in full compliance with their terms of service. We regularly review our service for compatibility with platform policy updates.

3. Prohibited Activities

When using SendAPI, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Spam and mass messaging: sending unsolicited, repetitive, or bulk content to any platform.
• Artificial boosting: using the service to artificially inflate views, followers, likes, or other engagement metrics.
• Copyright infringement: publishing content for which you do not hold rights or authorization from the rights holder.
• Malicious content: distributing viruses, malware, phishing links, or fraudulent materials.
• Illegal content: publishing materials that violate applicable laws, including content promoting hate, violence, or discrimination.
• Circumvention: attempting to bypass platform API limits, plan restrictions, or technical safeguards of the service.
• Fraud and deception: using the service to mislead platform users or third parties.

4. How We Prevent Abuse

We actively prevent abuse through the following measures:

• Publication limits: each plan includes limits on the number of publications, preventing mass posting.
• Activity monitoring: we monitor for abnormal usage patterns and respond to suspicious activity.
• Account verification: connecting platforms requires authorization through official OAuth flows.
• Rate limit compliance: we respect each platform's API rate limits and do not allow them to be exceeded.

5. Enforcement

When violations are detected, we take the following actions:

• Warning the user about the violation.
• Temporary suspension of the account.
• Permanent account termination without refund.
• Notifying affected platforms about identified violations.

The severity of the action depends on the nature and recurrence of the violation. We reserve the right to block accounts without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
